  • Open a ticket if:

    * You can't understand MP3 or what it is.
    * You have problems using your credit card (The ticket system uses Encryption-SSL)
    * You found duplicate broadcasts in a CD.
    * A CD or DVD doesn't work in your player (Provide enough info to help ..please)
    * You are eligible for a replacement because I just added more shows on a CD you just received.
    * I left something out of your order or otherwise messed something up.
    * You have a suggestion for making the site better.
    * You have a complaint that might cause you to never come back again.  (High Priority)

    Do Not Open a ticket to ask about a show I have or to chat. Please use the email button on the left side of the home page.  This is an assistance type venue that allows you and I to track and troubleshoot and resolve a problem. All the information is kept on my secure servers and never shared.
