 Wouldn't it be nice if everyone had one? I think so.  I do. I can't sleep if I think someone is dissatisfied with my work. I guess I'm old fashioned. I will rock the universe to make you happy and keep you that way !! This site is the collection of many suggestions made by visitors I have never met before. Any CD/DVD sold that is not playable on your home PC Computer, will be replaced at my cost. I cannot guarantee portable MP3 players, IPODs. But no one has reported issues with these devices...   DVD disks are guaranteed on PC or MAC DVD data Drives only. Home DVD players,  Ipod's, portable MP3 players, etc., should play fine if they are MP3 Cd or DVD compatible, but the hundreds of brands and various specifications for bit rates cannot be tested and are not covered. However, I have had no trouble playing episodes from the collection on my "el-cheapo" Walmart portable.  If an entire disk or purchase is not readable I suggest that the info tools utility be run on your PC to ensure compatibility. The replacement guarantee is good for 3 months from date of receipt..  Now you can buy with confidence!! The Link below is also a terrific utility for checking CDs and DVDs for errors.
