| | | | | | About this collection- This collection is not exact in content to any other recently posted collection, on the web or another OTR Group. And a sample below is available. This collection contains open reel versions which far exceeded my hopes with regard to quality. Also in the collection are 3 Radio Promo intros by Powell, in addition to 71 scripts and numerous publicity photos and marketing material. And it's priced alot better too. |

Richard Diamond - Private Detective - 1949-1953 Richard Diamond was a tough private detective, but also had a little fun out of life. Diamond's signature move was to verbally gibe other characters in the show especially the police. Witty and smart, Richard Diamond surely solved crimes with a
sarcastic smirk on his face. Also during the show, Rick would always sing a popular song before the end of the episode. Helen (Virginia Gregg) loved to hear Rick sing and whatever Helen wanted, Helen got! He was sarcastically friendly towards the police, but generally
co-operated with Lieutenant Walt Levinson with whom his relationship was abrasive but professional and respectful. |
