The Adventures of Frank Race is an adventure Melodrama starring Tom Collins and later Paul Dubov as Frank Race who took up a life of intrigue after the war. Each episode commences with the following statement introducing the series. "The war changed many things, the face
of the earth and the people on it. Before the war Frank Race worked as an attorney, but he traded his law books for the cloak and dagger of the OSS and when it was over his former life was over too. Adventure had become his business. The Adventures of Frank Race." And usually that adventure involved a case for some insurance company, some fraud or embezzlement and often involved him traveling all over the world. His trusty friend and taxi driver, Marcus Donovan was usually the bearer of news
and vital information to the case.
